Summary: The house was warm and cozy when we arrived. It was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors waved. Definitely recommend this host and house! If we come back to Elko for the summer, definitely will request this home again!

Summary: The house is nice and cozy. The bed could be at lease queen sizes instead of doubles. And they need to put different shower mates that are not wood to slippery. But over all to would highly recommend this place.

Summary: The house was exactly what we needed for our visit to Elko. It’s just outside the city, so you can enjoy the stars without much light pollution, but drive to downtown in under ten minutes. Brandon is a gracious host. We would love to stay here again!!

Summary: We wanted to stay somewhere that wasnt a hotel or a casino. This is a fairly new 3 bedroom 2 bath house. It had all the kitchen gear and plenty of toom.

Summary: The house was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the owner was good. Overall, the house was fine; I’m giving 4 stars overall instead of 5 because I feel that a couple of things would benefit future guests. We couldn't find a toaster; the kitchen was well-equipped otherwise. (Bagels are my favorite vacation breakfast!) The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, but there are no lamps on any of the end-tables or nightstands. I relax in the evenings by reading or knitting. The overhead-only lighting made these activities too uncomfortable. While there are chairs and a fire pit in the front, there is no patio furniture in the back. The views are wonderful, and we’d have liked to enjoy our mornings outside before the heat of the day kicked in. We didn’t want to lug the chairs around the house. A couple of basic housekeeping tasks would be beneficial. We had to scrounge a lightbulb from the back patio as all of the front outdoor lights were burned out, and the windows could use a wash. We did enjoy our stay, and we'd like to stay here again on our future visits to Elko.

Summary: Overall this place was decent but there were some things that weren’t ideal to pay for. - The sink in the hallway bathroom was clogged and very slow to drain. - The tile floors all felt sticky, gross. - There were cracks all over the floors & the walls - Things felt like it needed to be updated: rusted shower bar, old cabinets - There was crumbs inside drawers with silverware and other things, yuck! - There were MASSIVE crickets that could eat a human, alllll over the house. It was absolutely terrifying!!!! We ultimately needed a place to sleep and we were gone all day for a family reunion, but we felt like things could still be a little cleaner and nicer.
